CS Shivam Grover is a Qualified Law Graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and having extensive experience of managing Legal & Secretarial Departments of renowned Corporates. Started his career from a reputed practising CS firm. Having experience of around 5+ years in dealing with all kinds of secretarial work of various types of Companies i.e. Listed, Unlisted Public, Insurance, MNCs and Private including but not limited to conducting the Secretarial Audits, advising and consulting their Secretarial teams on various kinds of transactions, restructuring, discussions and dealing with various regulatory and government authorities and in other day to day work. Further he is not only keen to look after the compliances of the Indian Companies but also enjoying to learn the Compliances of other Countries by handling the Singapore Companies Compliances. Currently his objective is to expand his wings from local to global.
